Hi, I’m Ryanne

A licensed clinician, social worker, non-profit consultant, behavior specialist, community-builder, and fierce advocate for inclusive, affirming care.

Over the last decade, I’ve woven together a career centered around compassionate clinical practice and systemic change. Whether I’m supporting families through postpartum transitions or building bridges between community agencies, I lead with purpose, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of human connection.

I’m honored to serve as President of Seedling Psychological Services — a values-driven non-profit rooted (no pun intended!) in equity, access, and transformative healing. I also work as a Facilitator with the Portland chapter of Chamber of Mothers, where I’m passionate about advancing maternal health, advocating for universal paid parental leave and championing affordable childcare. Why? Because, let's be real, when families have the support they deserve, our collective mental well-being thrives.

My professional path began with a love of child development, grew through hands-on behavioral work, and matured into clinical social work with a master’s from USC (go Trojans!). Along the way, I’ve had the honor of creating therapeutic programs, running grant-funded initiatives, training professionals, and launching wildly creative projects — like handing out backpacks full of joy to over 100 children and families in need.

At my core, I’m someone who believes that care should never be one-size-fits-all. I love collaborating with families, providers, and partners to reimagine systems that actually serve the people in them. I’m fueled by laughter, lifelong learning, and the unwavering belief that healing is possible — especially when we do it together.

Let’s grow something beautiful together!
